By accessing this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to order from us. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use or access this website. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should always look through them when accessing this website.
To be eligible to purchase items on this website you must:
a) Be over 18, If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
b) Be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
c) Warrant that the personal information that you provide is true, accurate and current in all respects.
1.1 Our acceptance of an order and the completion of the contract between you and us takes place when we dispatch the order, even if your payment has
been processed immediately.
1.2 We may refuse to accept an order:
a) Where goods are not available
b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
c) If we identify a product or pricing error
d) If the details of your order are flagged as a potential fraud risk
1.3 BIG Interiors reserves the right in its discretion to decline to accept any order and/or to supply products to any individual or company.
If we decline to accept or cancel, an order for which we have received payment, we shall refund the payment, but shall have no further liabilities.
1.4 We have taken great care to ensure that the items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However the quality and colour of images
will depend on your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the upholstery or finish will absolutely match what you view
on the website.
1.5 Payments are handled by RBS WorldPay. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo,
American Express, JCB and Diners+. We do not accept PayPal, Cheques, Cash, Travellers Cheques, Stamps or any other means of payment not listed above.
BIG Interiors has no access to payment information provided to RBS WorldPay and cannot be held responsible for any issues related to payment details.
1.6 BIG Interiors only accepts payments in British Pounds Sterling.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and include courier delivery to your address of choice.
Currently, BIG Interiors only sells and delivers to customers within the UK. This excludes the Republic of Ireland.
2.1 BIG Interiors will usually deliver your Aeron chair within 15 or 25 days depending on the chair configuration chosen. If we cannot deliver your
order within this time we will notify you as early as possible.
2.2 Please ensure you place your order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time, as BIG Interiors
cannot be responsible for this.
2.3 BIG Interiors shall deliver products ordered by you via a courier service to the delivery address you provide during the ordering process. By
accepting these terms, you agree irrevocably to appoint and do appoint the courier to be your agent for taking delivery of the products on your behalf,
and delivery to the courier shall be deemed to be delivery to you.
2.4 The courier will require a signature on delivery. If no one is present at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the courier will hold the
goods at their premises and await collection from there by you.
We hope that you are delighted with your order, however if you are not satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you an exchange or full refund.
You will only be able to exercise the right to an exchange or refund if the chair is unused, undamaged and with all the original labels attached and in
all the original packaging.
3.1 If you wish to cancel your order you can do so before we have dispatched the goods, you can do this by e-mailing
sales@theaeronchair.co.uk quoting your name and details of your order. If your email does not reach us
before the order has been processed and dispatched, you will have to wait for the order to arrive with you and then follow the normal returns procedure below.
If your payment has been processed by the time you cancel your order, we will refund the full amount back onto the card that was used to pay.
3.2 If you wish to return an item in accordance with the policy above you must first contact us via email
(returns@theaeronchair.co.uk) or telephone (01429 891877) and obtain returns authorisation. Any items
returned to us without prior authorisation will not be refunded or eligible for exchange.
3.3 Returns will only be authorised within 14 days of delivery of your purchase.
3.4 Once authorisation has been given we will arrange for courier collection from your delivery address and once your chair has arrived back to us
in satisfactory condition we will process the exchange or refund. The cost of the return is £15 and will be deducted from your refund amount.
3.5 Funds will only be refunded onto the credit/debit card that was originally used to pay for the goods that are being returned.
3a Faulty Returns
If you believe your Aeron chair has a manufacturing fault, or arrived damaged or partly missing, please contact us by email as soon as possible on
sales@theaeronchair.co.uk.
3a.1 Each case of faulty/damaged/missing goods will be handled on an individual basis.
3a.2 By agreeing for you to send the goods back to us, we are not accepting the return as faulty, we are simply acknowledging your wish to return the goods.
3a.3 If we decide to accept the goods as faulty, we will give a full refund including the original carriage charge, or offer to replace the item(s).
3a.4 If there is a dispute over whether or not item(s) being returned are faulty, we will send the item(s) to the manufacturer for testing and base our
final decision on their advice.
3a.5 Missing or damaged goods in your delivery must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
All Aeron chairs purchasaed come with a 12 year manufacturers guarantee with the gas lift subject to a 1 year guarantee. Should you experience problems during the guaranteed period please contact us on support@theaeronchair.co.uk and we will be happy to advise arranging reapir or replacement.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and
conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
7.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision
will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
7.2 Only the parties to these terms and conditions may seek to enforce them under the contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
